This Privacy Policy explains how MoovLogi LLC (“MoovLogi,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit moovlogi.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it.

MoovLogi is a Tennessee limited liability company located at 800 S. Gay St, Suite 700, Knoxville, TN 37929, USA. The Website describes our AI and logistics consulting, custom transportation management system (TMS) and 3PL services for businesses.

This policy covers the public Website only. Our TMS and customer portal, used by signed-in customers, are covered by a separate privacy policy provided with those services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to send:

• your name
• your work email address
• your company name
• your role (for example shipper, 3PL or freight broker), if you choose to tell us
• the topic you select and your message, including anything you include in it

Please don't send sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers) through the contact form.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, the servers that host the Website automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time of the request. These logs are used to deliver the Website, keep it secure and fix problems.

Information stored on your device

The Website follows your device's light or dark mode setting. If a display preference is ever saved, it stays in your own browser and is not sent to us.

What we do not do

On the public Website we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, analytics services, advertising pixels, session-recording tools or social-media tracking scripts, and we do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on our Website for their own purposes.

2. How we use information

• to respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations or walkthroughs you ask for
• to provide, operate and improve our services if you become a customer
• to keep the Website and our systems secure, and prevent spam, fraud and abuse
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

We do not use your information to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers that operate on our behalf and may use the information only to provide their services to us: our website hosting provider, the email delivery service that sends contact-form submissions to our inbox, and our business email provider.
• Legal and safety reasons: when we believe in good faith it is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of MoovLogi, our customers or others.
• Business transfers: if MoovLogi is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of its business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
• With your direction or consent.

4. How long we keep information

We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for the length of our business relationship — generally no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve disputes. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention schedule.

5. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Website and access controls on our systems and inbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

• access the personal information we hold about you
• correct information that is inaccurate
• delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions

To make a request, or to review and ask us to change the information you've submitted, email hello@moovlogi.comwith the subject line “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Some state privacy laws give residents additional rights once a business meets the law's size thresholds. If a law applies to us and gives you rights not described here, we will honor them.

7. “Do Not Track” and similar signals

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Because the Website does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, and does not allow third parties to do so, there is no cross-site tracking for these signals to turn off. We treat every visitor the same way whether or not a signal is sent.

8. Children

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other websites

The Website may link to other sites, such as carrier or partner websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

10. Where information is processed

MoovLogi is based in the United States, and information collected through the Website is processed and stored in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. If we make material changes, we will also provide a notice on the Website before the change takes effect.
